Our Mission Statment

Company Mission statement

As a clinician owned and operated company, SCT takes pride in providing supportive care to the geriatric population in sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities. Through patient-centered psychology services, we create a meaningful impact to residents' mood, daily life, and functioning. Working collaboratively with centers SCT strives to make a positive impact to both residents and staff.  These outcomes are achieved through competence, communication and care. We are committed to providing the highest level of psychology services and to be at the forefront of ever-changing regulations, needs, and trends.

How it Began

Senior Care Therapy (“SCT”) was founded in 2008 by Alisa Y. Rosenfeld, LCSW, as a solution to the lack of sufficient psychological support for patients that she encountered while working as Director of Social Services in a Rehabilitation Center in Wayne, New Jersey.

SCT sees it as our mission to provide the best quality psychological services.

Our Dedicated Staff

Alisa Y. Rosenfeld, LCSW

President, Senior Care Therapy (SCT)

Alisa previously spent five years as a Director of Social Services at Regency Gardens in Wayne NJ.

Alisa currently oversees and manages a large team of mental health clinicians as well as trains them in both clinical and regulatory compliance measures.

She provides executive leadership, management and strategy to ensure SCT's organizational vision and mission.

Moe Rabi

Chief Marketing Officer of Senior Care Therapy (SCT)

Moe is tasked with running the day to day marketing operations of SCT and is highly talented in creating and maintaining relationships with skilled nursing and assisted living communities throughout the tristate area.

Due to his strong marketing background, SCT has grown steadily under Moe’s leadership while maintaining its unique identity and mission.

Moe’s hobbies to name a few include singing, breakdancing, and entertaining at social and charity functions.

Our Clinicians

Senior Care Therapy employs only highly qualified, licensed healthcare professionals with specialized training in senior care and in federal and state regulations pertaining to long term and residential care facilities.
